We, the concerned residents of Ladywood, Birmingham, UK, hereby express our lack of confidence in Councillors Bore and Hartley due to their ineffective leadership and failure to address the pressing issues affecting our community. We believe that a vote of no confidence is necessary to hold them accountable for their actions.

1. Lack of Transparency:
Councillors Bore and Hartley have consistently failed to provide transparent communication with the residents of Ladywood. Important decisions are made without proper consultation or consideration for the opinions and concerns raised by those directly affected.

2. Neglecting Local Issues:
Our community faces numerous challenges, such as inadequate housing provisions. Despite these pressing issues affecting residents’ daily lives, Councillors Bore and Hartley have shown little initiative or commitment towards finding effective solutions.

3. Ineffective Leadership:
The current councillors have demonstrated a lack of leadership skills when it comes to representing our interests at local council meetings. They fail to effectively advocate for our needs or bring about positive change within our community.

4. Disregard for Public Opinion:
Councillors Bore and Hartley have repeatedly ignored public opinion on crucial matters that impact Ladywood residents directly. They have not acknowledged our views and instead have ignored us. This disregard undermines democracy within our local government system.

5. Lacklustre Performance Record:
Despite being elected representatives entrusted with serving the best interests of Ladywood constituents, Councillors Bore and Hartley’s performance record leaves much to be desired. They have failed to deliver on their promises made at the outset of the Ladywood Estate Regeneration Project while failing to address key concerns raised by residents. 

We ask to be able to elect new local Councillors as soon as possible. 

We call upon all concerned citizens residing in Ladywood, Birmingham, UK who share these concerns regarding Cllrs Bore and Hartley’s performance as councillors representing us at Birmingham City Council:
