How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you because you want to receive updates from Ladywood Unite about the Ladywood Regeneration project and related Ladywood Unite led projects.

We use the information that you have given us in order to share information with you about the Ladywood Regeneration project and related Ladywood Unite led projects.

This information may be accessed by Ladywood Unite volunteers and/or staff to contact you on behalf of Ladywood Unite. This would be responding to emails, phone calls and in some cases a letter in the post.

Your information is securely stored on Ladywood Unite’s MailChimp or Google Services account where necessary.

We plan keep the information mentioned earlier for as long as the Ladywood Regeneration project continues and you want updates, expected to be 20 years, or until you tell us to delete your information.

We will then dispose your information by closing the Google Services (including Gmail and Google Drive), Mailchimp, Instagram and X accounts associated with Ladywood Unite and related Ladywood Unite led projects.

We will remove your information if you request us to do so.
