Ladywood Ward Residents Association was formed by a group of residents who live inside Ladywood Ward.

We noticed that the council does not always take prompt and effective action to address problems with properties.
Examples of problems we have seen are mould, damp, flooding, fires, and overcrowding.
We try to help. For example, we can help make complaints, suggest organisations that can help more, and talk to local organisations working with the contractors who fix properties.
We are all local volunteers. We cannot promise we can fix your problem but we might be able to help.
