

































Birmingham City Councils policy on affordable new homes shows that 35% of new homes should be given over to Affordable Housing.
25% allocated to Housing provided by an organisation such the council, housing association etc.
15% going to “Low cost market housing to meet the needs of 1st time buyers, single people, the elderly and other low income households”
Why is only 16% of the new build properties being made available in this current regeneration, with the rest being allocated to the refurbished flats?
