Today the council sent us the below documents in response to our letter on 16 July. Only certain tenure types were invited to join the Regeneration Committee – not renters or private owners. Demolition isn’t mentioned, this came as a surprise.

    Did anyone else know some of the Crofts apparently come under Gilby and Ruston? I have never heard of Gilby and Ruston…

      Gilby and Ruston are near by but not sure if private or council property.?? I think more council.

    Absolutely shocking. Almost all of Ladywood is going to be demolished and we as council tenants, homeowners, business owners are left in the dark.
    No assistant from anyone. .

      It is just outrageous that that this can happen and it be ok !! We are being turfed out of our own homes without due care and proper due consideration.
